When this case was taken up for consideration,

learned Counsel for the petitioner is at ad-idem that the present

case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in

CWPOA No. 1517 of 2019, titled as Prem Singh Versus Himachal

Road Transport Corporation and another, on 18.12.2019.

2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the

observation that the directions, which stand passed by this Court

in CWPOA No. 1517 of 2019 (supra), shall be read to have been

passed in the present petition also and the petition stands allowed

in said terms. Needful shall necessarily be done by the
