Cr.MP(M) No. 248 of 2021 instituted by the

petitioner for grant of bail in respect of FIR No. 132 of 2020,

registered at Police Station, Sundernagar, District Mandi on

6.4.2020, under Sections 354, 354D, 504, 506 of Indian Penal

Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act, was dismissed by the

coordinate Bench of this Court on 4.2.2021. Five days later,

instant petition has been filed seeking bail in the same FIR.
