1. Heard learned APP appearing on behalf of the respondent- State.

2. The present petition is preferred by the applicant through jail to release him on parole for a period of 30 days on the ground of marriage of his sister.

3. Though the petition is preferred on the ground of marriage of sister, there is nothing on record to indicate that the marriage of the sister is taking place on which date. Even the name of the sister or the name of groom is also not stated, apart from any other details. I have also considered the fact that as per the police report, the present petitioner was granted parole leave for a period of 21 days from 23.01.2026 to 12.02.2026, which would indicate that in this year only in the months of January and February, the present applicant has already availed parole leave for 21 days, therefore, I do not see any reason to grant any further parole leave to the present applicant on the ground of marriage of sister in absence of
