1. Heard Mr. Bhavin B. Thakar, learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. At the outset, Mr. Thakar, learned advocate would submit that during the pendency of this matter, a fresh order is passed by the authority and as such, this petition has become infructuous. Nonetheless, Mr. Thakar, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the fresh order passed by the authority.

3. In view of the subsequent development which has taken place as noticed hereinabove, the permission as sought for is granted. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the fresh order passed by the
