1. The applicant herein has preferred the present

application praying for 30 days parole leave for making

arrangement for payment of the arrears amount of

maintenance for his wife.

2. On perusing the jail remarks, it appears that the

applicant was sentenced for non-payment of fine to the

tune of Rs.3,36,000/- and a sentence for 730 days.

3. Learned APP, Ms. Vrunda Shah has submitted that

the applicant has already undergone 11 months

incarceration.

4. It is pertinent to observe that the applicant in his

application has not mentioned about how he would make

arrangement for the payment of arrears of maintenance

amount to his wife.
