                                                           ORDER

[1] RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent - State.

[2] The present application has been preferred by the applicant through jail seeking temporary bail on the ground of financial assistance to the family.

[3] Heard learned A.P.P. for the respondent - State.

[4] Having read the application and perused the documents on record, it appears that jail conduct is not reported to be good, applicant is facing serious charges and the trial is in progress and also the reason assigned by the learned Session Judge stated that the grounds urged for granting temporary bail

are not found to be genuine as well as the applicant was arrested in month of October 2025. Considering the aforesaid aspects, no case is made out to release the applicant on temporary bail.

[4] In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to use judicial discretion in favour of the applicant to release him on temporary bail. The application is rejected. Rule is discharged. Registry is directed to communicate this order by Fax to the concerned Jail Authority.
