                                                           ORDER

1. RULE. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent-State.

2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant through jail to release him on temporary bail on the ground for providing financial aid to his family.

3. Learned APP draws attention of this Court to the jail report to indicate that the jail conduct of the applicant is reported to be good.

4. Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application, jail conduct of the applicant is stated to be good, he is arrested on 1st May 2023, thereafter never released and

lastly he was released in December 2024, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 (ten) days from the date of his actual release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions. The applicant surrender before the concerned jail authority upon completion of temporary bail period. Application is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to communicate this order by Fax to the concerned Jail Authority.
