[1] RULE. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent - State.

[2] The present application has been preferred by the applicant through jail seeking temporary bail on the ground of financial assistance to the family.

[3] Heard learned A.P.P. for the respondent - State.

[4] Having read the application and perused the documents on record, the applicant is facing serious charge under the NDPS Act. He is arrested on 09.06.2025. The reason assigned by the learned Sessions Judge is that the investigation is still pending qua the absconding accused. The learned Sessions

Judge assigned reason stated that the grounds urged for granting temporary bail are not found to be genuine or inspiring. Considering the aforesaid aspects, no case is made out to release the applicant on temporary bail.

[4] In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to use judicial discretion in favour of the applicant to release him on temporary bail. The application is rejected. Rule is discharged. Registry is directed to communicate this order by Fax to the concerned Jail Authority.
