                                                           ORAL ORDER

1. The present application is filed by the Applicant for

enlarging him on long Parole leave for a period of 90

days on the ground of providing financial assistance to

his family and for construction of his house.

2. The applicant has undergone sentence of 15 years, 8

months and 26 days. He was lastly released on parole

leave from 04.11.2025 to 18.11.2025, on the ground of his

grand-father's death for 15 days.

3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives

service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State.

4. Having heard the ground mentioned in the

Application and considering the facts and circumstances

of the case, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in

favour of the applicant.

5. The application is partly allowed. The Applicant -

Hemraj Shankarlal Regar is ordered to be released on

Parole for a period of 30 days from the date of actual

release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/-

(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with a surety of the like

amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority, and on a

further condition that the Applicant shall surrender to

the Jail authorities on expiry of the Parole period.

6. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

Rule is made absolute.
