The present application is filed seeking parole leave on the ground of providing financial assistance to the family.

Perusing the jail remarks, it indicates that as and when the accused was released, he was only apprehended by the police and surrendered late before the jail authority and his conduct is not good. Lastly he was released on 17.02.2026. No case is made out to entertain the present application. Hence, the present application is rejected.
