                                                                ORAL ORDER

1. This application is preferred by the Applicant for

temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of

providing financial assistance to his family.

2. Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and

learned APP for the Respondent - State.

3. RULE. Learned APP waives service of notice of

Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

4. Considering the ground mentioned in the

Application, this Court is of the opinion that the present

application requires consideration and the same is

therefore partly allowed. The Applicant is ordered to be

released on temporary bail for a period of 14 Days from

the date of actual release on the Applicant's furnishing a

personal bond of Rs.25000/- with a surety of the like

amount to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on

usual terms and conditions which shall be decided by the

Jail Authority. The applicant shall mark his presence on

every alternate days before the concerned police station.

The Applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail

authority on expiry of the temporary bail period.

5. This Court shall not entertain application for

reduction of amount of personal bond and surety.

6. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. It

is hereby clarified that no further extension shall be

granted. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Direct service

is permitted.
