Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Mr. R.S. Sanjanwala, learned Senior Advocate appearing with Mr. Deepanshu Agarwal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Cyril Amarchand, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the captioned petition, as the matter has already been listed before the competent authority on 12.05.2026.

Mr. Dipak R. Dave, learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 submitted that he has no objection, if the captioned petition is withdrawn.

At the joint request, the captioned petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
