1) Rule. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent - State.

2) The present application has been preferred by the present applicant for restoration of the criminal revision application and it is submitted that as per the order passed by this Court on 18.06.2025, office objection has not been removed within a period of 2 weeks and then, the revision application came to be dismissed. It is submitted that the certified copy of the impugned judgment has not been placed on record. Further, it is submitted that they have already obtained certified copy of the impugned judgment and they will place it on record immediately and the revision application be restored. application requires consideration. The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed. The Criminal Revision Application No.73 of 2021 is to be restored.
