The present Revision Application has been filed challenging the judgment and decree passed by 3rd Extra Assistant Judge, Kheda at Nadiad in Regular Civil Appeal No.24 of 1989, dated 31.03.1996.

Learned advocate Mr. Vijay H. Nangesh for the petitioners has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
