1. Looking to the averments made in the application, present

application is allowed and the main matter is ordered to be

restored to its original file on condition that the applicant shall

remove office objections on or before 03.10.2025.

2. If the office objections are not removed within stipulated,

the main matter shall stand dismissed automatically.

3. Registry is directed to list the main matter only after the

aforesaid conditions are fulfilled by the applicant. Registry shall

not insist the certified copy of the judgment because R & P is

already received from the Trail Court.
