Learned advocate Mr.Anshul Shah for the applicant submits that in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of M/s. Celestium Financial V. A. Gnanasekaran arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.) Nos. 137-139/2025, seeks permission to withdraw the present application as well as the captioned criminal appeal, which is at filing stage, to file appropriate appeal before the learned Sessions Court.
