The present Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 9 days occurred in filing the First Appeal against the judgment and award rendered by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Ahmedabad on 16.12.2024 in MACP No.925 of 2014.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

Considering the averments made in the application and upon submission of learned counsel appearing for the applicants, delay of 9 days in filing the First Appeal has been explained to the satisfaction of the Court. The delay condonation application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
