At the outset, learned senior advocate Mr. Marshal submits that in the judgment and order, rejecting the plaint, through oversight, some pages are left to be incorporated, and as such, he made a request to incorporate those pages in the compilation of the said judgment. Request is acceded to. The missing pages are permitted to be incorporated.

After arguing for some time, learned senior advocate Mr. R.R. Marshal with learned advocate Mr. Mrugen Purohit appearing for the applicant does not press this application and seeks permission to withdraw the same with a liberty to file an appropriate application at an appropriate stage.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This application is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty.
