ORDER IN CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO.285 OF 2013 :-

1. In view of the order passed in Criminal Revision Application No.195 of 2013, the Judgment and order dated 11th May, 2009 passed by the 3rd Additional District Judge, Nadiad in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2007 arising out of the order passed in Criminal Case No.5253 of 1999 by 8th Additional Senior Division & Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nadiad on 27th April, 2007 is hereby quashed and set-aside.

2. Present Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of.
