1. The present application has been filed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the opponent herein for initiation of the contempt proceedings for willful and deliberate disobedience of the judgment and orders of this Court.
2. In the first half session, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr.B. S. Soparkar, appearing for the applicant has categorically made a statement that there was substantial compliance with the directions issued by this Court for uploading laws and only the direction, which remains with regard to compliance of uploading the information under Section 4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
3. When the matter is taken up in the second half session, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the website, has

pointed out before us that the said direction is also complied with.
4. When such fact was pointed out to the learned advocate Mr.Soparkar, he has submitted that there are other laws, which are required to be uploaded on the website, apart from what has already been uploaded.
5. We find that numerous laws are uploaded by the State authorities on its website including as per the requirements of Section 4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. If any law remains to be uploaded, it will be open for the applicant to file appropriate application before the respondent-authority.
6. Accordingly, we do not find any willful and deliberate disobedience of the judgment and orders and directions issued by this Court, which would invite to initiate a contempt proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
7. With these observations, the present application stands disposed of accordingly.
