1. Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned advocate for the appellant has tendered the communication dated 13.08.2025, written by the Labour Officer to him and has requested to withdraw the present application in view of the said communication, reserving liberty in favour of the appellant, in view of paragraph No.21 of the order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.5420 of 2023, which is as under:

"21. In view of above observations, this petition fails and stands dismissed accordingly. The petitioner is granted liberty to hold fresh inquiry against the respondent in accordance with law. Such inquiry shall be concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment"
