1. It is not in dispute that the issues raised in this writ petition were also the subject matter of SCA No. 16176/2020 and allied matters.

2. The aforementioned matters has been dismissed by this Court and therefore, this petition is also liable to be dismissed.

3. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to contain

that some of the issues were not considered in SCA No. 16176/2020 and therefore, this case may stand on a different footing and the said judgment could be distinguished. So long as the subject matter in this writ petition and SCA No. 16176/2020 are admittedly the same, the decision rendered in SCA No. 16176/2020 will cover the issues at hand.

4. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed. It is needless to state that it will always be open for the petitioner to contend before the Division bench that the contentions that are sought to be urged now were not considered in SCA No. 16176/2020.

5. Rule is hereby discharged.
