Present application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is filed seeking condonation of delay of 42 days caused in preferring the cross objections.

2. Considering the explanation offered, this Court is inclined to accept the same to be a sufficient cause. Noticing the fact that in the main appeal, the impugned judgment and award is pending consideration, this Court is inclined to accept the explanation as sufficient cause to consider his prayer for condonation of delay.
