1. The present appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order

dated 10.01.2023 rendered in CMA No. 63/2021 passed by the

learned Family Court No. 3, Ahmedabad. The impugned order was

with regards to the custody of minor sons namely Divyanshu and

Vedansh, which was filed on behalf of the appellant - husband and

came to be rejected.

2. Today, learned Advocate for the appellant makes a statement,

under instruction, that the appellant and respondent are now residing

together and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
