By this application, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 357 days caused in preferring the captioned First Appeal.

2. Mr Parv S. Gupta, learned advocate for the applicant, has made submissions along the lines of the averments made in the Civil Application. It is urged that the applicant, after the judgment was rendered, had taken steps seeking approval from various levels. In the interregnum, there were some changes at the end of the panel advocates. Owing to the same, there occurred a delay of 357 days. It is urged that the delay is bona fide and may be condoned.

3. Though served, respondents have chosen not to enter appearance.

4. Considering the averments, so also the submissions made, the
