                                                         ORAL ORDER

1. The Convict Prisoner has preferred this Application through his father, who is appearing as Party-in-Person, seeking Parole Leave on the ground of Tonsure Ceremony for the Nephew of the convict.

2. The Jail Remarks indicate that the Applicant is convicted for an offence punishable under Sections 376 (A) (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 3, 4, 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 vide judgment and order dated 9.01.2025 and the Applicant has undergone the sentence of One Year.

3. Having regard to the cause shown in the Application, no ground is made out. The Prayer for grant of Parole Leave is therefore rejected.
