1. Heard learned Advocate for the appellant.

2. This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 20.02.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Vadodara in M.A.C.P. No.203 of 2017 (Old Case No.146 of 2013) for the compensation granted of Rs.45,800/-, which is less than Rs.1,00,000/-.

3. Considering the smallness of amount, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. The appeal, accordingly, is disposed of. Notice/Notice of
