The present Letters Patent Appeal preferred by the District Development Officer is directed against common judgment and order dated 19.07.2022 of learned Single Judge, insofar as the said common judgment is relatable to decision in Special Civil Application No.9081 of 2020.

2. When the appeal came up for consideration, learned advocate Ms. Priyal Shah for learned advocate Mr. Hemant Munshaw for the appellant fairly stated that the very judgment impugned in the present appeal was subject matter of Letters Patent Appeal No.724 of 2023 and allied petitions which included the Special Civil Application No.9032 of 2020.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms.Shruti Dhruve confirms the statement. The Division Bench of this Court decided the said Letters Patent Appeal No.724 of 2023 along with connected matters as per the judgment and order dated 11.08.2023, the issues raised in the present appeal are answered already by the Court.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties in this appeal shall also be governed in accordance with the findings and directions issued by the Division Bench in the aforesaid judgment in Letters Patent Appeal No.724 of 2023 and allied matters.

Civil Application stands disposed of in view of the disposal of the main appeal.
