Mr. Jamshed Kavina, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has placed on record the order passed below Exh-117 in Special Civil Suit No. 173 of 2017 whereby the suit has been decreed by judgment and order dated 21.10.2022 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Savli, Vadodara. The said judgment is taken on record.

The present petition is arising out of the interim order passed in the said suit proceedings.

In view of the fact that the suit has been decreed, as referred above, the petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
