When the matter is called out, learned APP

submitted that the trial of the impugned FIR is

concluded and produced a copy of the judgment dated

2.3.2023 passed in Atro.Special Case No.2 of 2018 by the th learned 4 Additional Sessions Judge, Gondal, Rajkot, by

which the accused-applicants herein are acquitted. The

copy of the same is taken on record.

In view of this, the prayers prayed for in this

application have become infructuous. Accordingly, this

application is disposed of as having become infructuous.

Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands

vacated.
