In view of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Iqbal Hasanali Syed Vs. State of Gujarat, reported in 2022 (4) GLR 2680, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to file fresh Special Criminal Application.

Permission, as sought for, is granted. Present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
