Present application is filed seeking leave to file appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 27.07.2018 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad in Summary Suit No.950/2017.

Though served, respondents have chosen not to appear before this Court.

Having heard learned advocate Mr. Kaustubh Shrivastav appearing for the applicant, present application is allowed. Leave is granted to the applicant to file the First Appeal. Present application is disposed of accordingly. Registry is directed to list the First Appeal for admission hearing on 14.02.2023.
