By way of present appeal, the appellant - original petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 31.01.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vadodara in Family Suit No. 599 of 2013.

When the matter called out, an affidavit has been filed by the appellant, who is present in the Court and has been identified by Mr. Amrish Pandya learned advocate for the appellant. She states that she is aware about what is sworn by her in the affidavit dated 21.02.2023. She states that she does not want to proceed further with the appeal and accordingly, does not press this appeal.

Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Notice is discharged.
