                                ORAL ORDER

As this application has been filed by the applicant with a request to quash and set aside the judgment dated 21.03.2022 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gondal in Criminal Misc. Application No. 667 of 2023 as well as common judgment and order dated 02.12.2022 passed by learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Gondal in Criminal Appeal No. 7 of 2022 and Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2022 and as such both the orders are challenged by the applicant by way of another revision application being Criminal Revision Application No. 44 of 2023 and as such revision application has been rejected by this court, present application does not survive and accordingly, stands rejected.
