ORAL ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate appearing for the applicants, under the instructions, has submitted that present application has become infructuous by efflux of time. He has tendered a judgment and order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the learned 4th Additional Civil Judge and learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vadodara in main Criminal Misc. Application No.3293 of 2013. A xerox copy of the said judgment is taken on record.
In view of this, present application stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
