                              ORAL ORDER

This application is filed through jail. Registry has

placed this application treating it to be an application for bail

considering the previous order passed by this Court in Criminal

Misc.Application No.23850 of 2018 dated 03.12.2019.

When the matter is called out, learned APP has drawn

attention of this Court to order dated 19.12.2022 passed by the

Special Judge (NDPS), City Sessions Court, Ahmedabad, wherein it

is recorded that now arguments in connection the Sessions Case

are over and the matter is now placed for judgment.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are

required to be passed. However, judgment, if not pronounced by

the concerned Special Court, the same may be done expeditiously.
