1. At the outset, learned Senior Advocate Mr.Shalin Mehta, appearing with learned advocate Ms.Vidhi J. Bhatt, for the applicants has pointed out the judgment and order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.724 of 2023 and allied matters. It is submitted that the Division Bench in view of the statement made by learned Advocate General, has given time to the appellants (respondent authorities) to comply with the directions issued in the judgment and order dated

19.07.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, of which the compliance is sought in all the present contempt applications.

2. Under the circumstances, learned Senior Advocate has requested to dispose of the present applications with a liberty to revive, in case the applicants are not paid the benefits arising out of the judgment of the learned Single Judge as well as the Division Bench.

3. Under the circumstances, all the applications are disposed of with the liberty reserved in favour of applicants to revive the contempt proceedings by filing a simple note before the Registry of this Court, in case the applicants are not extended the benefits arising out of the judgment passed by learned Single Judge as well as the Division Bench.

4. As per the statement made by learned Advocate General, the respondents shall pay the benefits accruing from the aforesaid judgment and order within a period of four months, which shall be counted from today.

5. Registry to place a copy of this order in each of the connected matters.
