1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Mehta, on instructions from Mr. J.T.Bhaudhoriya, Under Secretary, Education Department, Gandhinagar has submitted that the directions issued by this Court vide judgment and order dated 2nd May, 2022 passed in the captioned writ petition will be implemented within a period of six weeks.

2. Accordingly, the respondents shall grant the benefits arising out of the judgment and order dated 2 nd May, 2022 passed in the captioned writ petition within a period of six weeks.

3. In case the benefits are not paid / granted, it will be open for the Applicant / Original Petitioner to revive the present Application by filing a simple Note before the Registry.
