Assailing the judgment and order passed by the learned single Judge, it is sought to be submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants-the writ petitioners are ready to approach the Gujarat Educational Institutions Services Tribunal, however, in view of the findings returned by the learned single Judge on the merits of the termination order, the appellants may not get hearing and any relief before the Tribunal.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellants, we provide that it is open for the writ petitioners-the appellants herein to approach the Tribunal challenging the termination order dated 14.9.2020. In case the appellants-the writ petitioners approach the Tribunal, all the issues raised

therein shall be considered independently without being influenced by any observations and findings returned by the learned single Judge in the order impugned.
