When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the

applicant has tendered the judgment dated 17.3.2023 passed

in C.C. No.2818 of 2016 by the Judge, Family Court No.2,

Ahmedabad, which is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the applicant, on receiving

instructions from his client, submits that matter has become

infructuous as proceedings of criminal case is over and

acquittal order is passed and therefore, he does not press

this petition.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of as not

pressed. Rule stands discharged. Interim relief, if any,

granted earlier stands vacated.
