judgment dated 15.6.2017 by the learned Principal Senior

Civil Judge, Dhrangadhra. Copy of the said judgment is

taken on record.

In view of the above, this petition has become

infructuous and hence disposed of. Rule is discharged.

Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
