                                 ORAL ORDER

By order dated 20.03.2023, with the consent of learned advocates appearing for the parties, the present Special Civil Application was referred to the High Court Mediation Center. Today, the Registry has placed on record the mediation report dated 24.04.2023. As per the mediation report, the parties have settled the dispute in terms of the consent terms/settlement dated 20.04.2023 duly signed by both the parties, which is annexed along with the report of the Mediator.

In view of aforesaid, the impugned judgment and order dated 02.05.2009 stands modified in terms of the consent terms/settlement dated 20.04.2023. The Special Civil Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent and the same is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
