                ORAL ORDER

The suit is filed before the concerned Court, is ripe for

hearing and at the stage of adducing evidence. The matter

requires consideration in view of judgment of Hon'ble Apex

Court in the case of Abhilasha Gupata Vs. Harimohan Gupta

reported in 2021 (9) SCC 730. Such transfer at the belated

stage is not advisable as per the application made under

Section-24 of the Act. Hence, the present application is

disposed of. However, it is open for the applicant to pray for

reasonable cost of the transportation for attending the court

proceedings before the learned lower Court. Notice is

discharged.
