Present application under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been preferred by the applicant for Leave to Appeal against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 22.04.2022 passed by the learned 3 rd Additional Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Himmatnagar in Criminal Case No. 122 of 2019 acquitting the opponent herein

- original accused.

2. Learned advocate Mr. Rathin Raval for the applicant has also drawn the attention of this Court to the paper book. Learned advocate for the applicant has sufficiently convinced the Court so long as the leave to appeal is concerned.
