The present application is filed for condonation of delay occurred in preferring the first appeal against the judgment and order dated 01.10.2018 passed by the learned M.A.C.T. (Aux.) Panchmahal at Godhara in M.A.C.P. No.239/2018.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
