                             ORAL ORDER

Learned advocate for the respondents No.1, 3 and 5 submits that in Special Civil Suit No. 148 of 2011 pending before the trial court, the arguments of respective parties have already been concluded and presently, such suit is pending for pronouncement of judgment since 24.02.2020.

Under the instructions, learned advocate for the petitioners requests to dispose of present petition directing to learned trial Court to decide Special Civil Suit No. 148 of 2011 at the earliest.

C/SCA/2941/2019 ORDER DATED: 29/10/2021

Considering the request made, learned Senior Civil Court at Rajkot shall decide and pronounce the judgment in Special Civil Suit No. 148 of 2011 at the earliest.

With aforesaid directions, present petition stands disposed of.

Notice stands discharged.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
