By this application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant- State has prayed for leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 22.01.2020 passed by the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Mahesana in Sessions Case No.131 of 2018.

In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be granted and is hereby granted. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
