Though directed by this Court vide interim order dated 19.3.2021 with regard to deposit of an amount of arrears, the applicant has failed to obey the order and therefore, it is made clear that there is no stay granted by this Court against the impugned judgment and order and therefore, the concerned Trial Court is free to proceed in accordance with law.
