Heard Mr. Amit N. Chaudhary, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Bharat Vyas, learned AGP for the respondent No.4-Collector. There is no appearance on behalf of the rest of the respondent despite service of notice of rule.

The present petition is preferred for condonation of delay which has occurred in preferring the M.C.A. No.2/2018 for allowing the applicants to file an appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act to challenge the judgment and award of the tribunal.

Considering the averments made in the application, delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
