main appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award passed by the

M.A.C.T, Junagadh.

The applicant could not remove the office objections because of

which the matter came to be dismissed for non prosecution. As the appeal

is dismissed for non prosecution, notice to other side is not necessary. On

a condition that the office objections be removed on or before

16.10.2021, the appeal be restored back to file. The application is
